Wonder in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated digital marketing professional to lead the HK market's growth. You will craft and execute integrated campaigns, manage multi-channel content, and partner with sales for lead generation.

The role requires hands-on experience with Meta platforms, strong content skills, and fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. You will work in a fast-paced FinTech environment, shaping regional messaging and driving measurable results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, social-media marketing, or related field.
• Experience in payments, B2B e-commerce platform, technology, SaaS, or other digital-platform businesses is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong market and digital-platform trends.
• Hands-on experience in managing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for the Hong Kong market, aligned with business-growth and lead-generation objectives.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, and other relevant digital channels.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimise media performance against key metrics such as cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and ROAS.
• Develop content strategies for Hong Kong B2B merchants.
• Create and manage multi-channel marketing content (social posts, articles, videos, case studies, landing-page copy, sales-enablement materials).
• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure content is locally relevant and on-brand.
• Build and maintain a lead-management process from acquisition to conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with sales to define lead-quality standards and improve follow-up processes.
• Monitor funnel performance and identify drop-off points across campaigns and pages.
• Recommend improvements to increase lead volume and conversion efficiency.
