Job summary

WeLab, a leading fintech platform, is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing professional to drive customer acquisition across Deposit, FX, Wallet, and Banking products in Hong Kong. You will support the Performance Marketing Manager, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and deliver data-driven recommendations while coordinating with agencies and partners.

The role requires hands-on SEM and digital marketing expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years in performance/digital marketing or customer acquisition.
Hands-on SEM, Google Ads and Facebook Ads experience.
Experience with media agencies and external partners.

Responsibilities

Plan and optimize customer acquisition campaigns across Deposit, FX, Global Wallet, Payment and Wealth products.
Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide reporting and recommendations.
Support media planning, budget allocation, and forecasting to meet targets.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Develop and review marketing content, creatives, and ad copies.
Manage relationships with agencies and media partners for effective delivery.
Oversee tracking, attribution, rewards fulfillment and reporting processes.
Drive testing and optimization to improve CPA and ROI.
Support cross-sell initiatives and stakeholder communications.
