Job summary

Kane Poulter Talent Solutions LTD on behalf of a fast-growing fintech startup is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who owns paid growth from strategy to execution. You will design campaigns, measure impact and scale what works in a fast-moving environment.

You'll own multi-channel paid media, collaborate with sales for lead quality and build robust tracking and reporting to explain how every dollar drives growth.

Qualifications

• Experience running paid campaigns in B2B/fintech/tech.
• Strong analytical judgment on CPC, CPA and attribution.
• Structured testing with measurable results and clear storytelling.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves in a small, fast-moving team.

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing start-up in the fintech space. The business is building its marketing function and is looking for a performance marketing manager who wants real ownership of how growth is created, measured and scaled.

• - Proven experience running performance campaigns, ideally in B2B, financial services or tech
• - Strong analytical judgement: you are comfortable with cost per lead, conversion rates and attribution
• - A record of structured testing and measurable results that you can talk through in detail
• - Someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves in a small, fast-moving team
