• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese + Mandarin) for reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5 performance marketers; set aggressive targets and drive execution.
• Own full-funnel global strategy: planning, testing, scaling, and optimization for ROI.
• Manage multi-million USD budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok, and DSPs.
