Not Another Headhunting Company is seeking a growth marketer to own the full funnel for a DTC brand scaling in Hong Kong. You’ll lead paid acquisition, organic social, content creation, and experimentation, working directly with founders with startup growth experience.

Requirements include 1–3 years in growth/paid marketing, budget ownership, and bilingual English/Cantonese. Video editing and a data-driven, AI-native approach are valued to move fast and test smarter.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in growth or performance marketing
• Hands-on paid acquisition experience with budget ownership
• Video editing ability is a strong plus
• Experience managing social across multiple platforms
• Technical or analytical academic background preferred
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid acquisition (Meta and beyond) with CAC/ROAS focus
• Own organic social and content strategy and execution
• Produce and edit short-form video and creative for conversion
• Run structured growth experiments across the full funnel
• Collaborate with founders on lifecycle, CRM, and retention
• Engage with customers directly to sharpen marketing instincts
