Job summary

WeLab, a leading fintech, is hiring a Performance Marketing professional to drive customer acquisition across its digital banking products. You will optimize campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years in performance marketing, digital marketing or customer acquisition; seniority possible.
• Hands-on SEM management and performance-driven digital acquisition.
• Familiar with Google Ads, PMax, Facebook Ads, analytics and tracking tools.
• Experience with media, creative agencies, aggregators and external partners.
• Banking/fintech experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, PM and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize acquisition campaigns across Deposit, FX, Global Wallet, Payment, and Wealth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
• Support media planning, budget allocation, and campaign forecasting to meet targets.
• Coordinate campaign execution with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop and review marketing content, creative assets, and ad copies.
• Manage relationships with agencies, aggregators, and media partners.
• Oversee campaign tracking, attribution, rewards fulfilment, and reporting.
• Drive testing and optimization to improve conversion, CPA, and ROI.
• Support cross-sell initiatives and stakeholder communications to drive growth across the bank's product portfolio.
