Job summary

BIT is seeking a growth-focused marketer to plan and execute campaigns for its US stock business in a fast-paced crypto-finance environment. You will optimize the user funnel from account opening to trading and manage ongoing growth initiatives across campaigns, landing pages, and rewards programs.

The role requires data-driven decision making, English and Mandarin fluency, and experience with financial/trading products.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock brokerage, FinTech trading platform, or crypto exchange.
• At least 2 years in user or campaign operations and independently running full campaigns.
• Good data awareness and ability to explain campaign metrics and ROI.
• Business fluency in English and Mandarin for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trading activities, and user referral programs for the US stock business.
• Assist in optimizing key user conversion steps, including Account Opening (KYC), First-Time Deposit (FTD), and First Trade.
• Manage day-to-day operations of growth initiatives, ensuring smooth campaign rollouts and rewards distribution.
• Monitor basic campaign metrics and prepare simple post-mortems to evaluate activity effectiveness.
• Collaborate with design, compliance and product support teams to ensure assets and rules comply and are delivered on time.
