Job summary

Standard Chartered in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Lead to drive integrated strategies spanning digital marketing, performance marketing, and MarTech. You will translate business priorities into actionable, compliant campaigns, leveraging data, media, and technology to accelerate card acquisition across markets.

You will partner with Brand, Digital, and regional teams to deliver scalable campaigns while upholding brand standards and governance.

Qualifications

Must-have analytics and campaign management tools experience: Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer and Campaign Manager 360.
Experience with MarTech platforms and data-driven marketing.
Strong stakeholder management across regions and partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to build brand equity and drive card acquisition.
Translate business priorities into clear briefs and holistic marketing plans within budgets.
Act as brand guardian ensuring consistent communications and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Track, analyze and report campaign performance to optimize investments and ROI.
Lead MarTech initiatives and ensure data tracking across platforms (Google, Adobe, Pega, AppsFlyer).
