Job summary

RedotPay seeks an analyst to monitor daily transaction data across multiple channels and deeply analyze regional performance including currencies and payment methods. You will coordinate with partners to resolve issues and ensure a stable payment infrastructure.

The role also drives regional campaigns, designs currency-based incentives, and manages onboarding paperwork to expand channel reach. Strong English communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, International Trade, E-commerce, or related fields preferred.
• Solid understanding of cross-border payments and multi-currency settlement processes.
• Excellent data analysis skills to extract actionable insights from transaction reports.
• Fluent in reading and writing English; strong business writing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily transaction data across payment channels and analyze regional performance.
• Assess performance across currencies (SGD, USD, EUR) and payment methods.
• Coordinate with payment partners to resolve issues and maintain payment infrastructure stability.
• Plan and execute region-specific campaigns aligned with company strategy.
• Design incentive programs for currencies or payment methods to boost TPV.
• Drive Total Payment Volume (TPV) growth.
• Liaise with global payment partners and manage onboarding paperwork.
• Handle application forms and business emails to streamline channel expansion.
