Job summary

RedotPay seeks an analyst to monitor daily transaction data across multiple channels and deeply analyze regional performance including currencies and payment methods. You will coordinate with partners to resolve issues and ensure a stable payment infrastructure.

The role also drives regional campaigns, designs currency-based incentives, and manages onboarding paperwork to expand channel reach. Strong English communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, International Trade, E-commerce, or related fields preferred.
• Solid understanding of cross-border payments and multi-currency settlement processes.
• Excellent data analysis skills to extract actionable insights from transaction reports.
• Fluent in reading and writing English; strong business writing capabilities.

Monitoring & Data Analysis (Channel Operations)

• Conduct daily monitoring of transaction data across various payment channels.
• Deeply analyze the performance of different regions, currencies (e.g., SGD, USD, EUR), and payment methods (e.g., credit cards, local e-wallets).
• Identify transaction anomalies and potential risks through data insights, and promptly coordinate with payment partners to resolve issues, ensuring the stability of the payment infrastructure.

Business Growth & Campaign Planning (Business Operations)

• Plan and execute differentiated, region-specific business campaigns aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Design incentive programs targeted at specific currencies or payment methods to optimize the user payment experience.
• Take direct responsibility for driving and achieving Total Payment Volume (TPV) growth.
• Manage daily liaison with global payment partners.
• Follow up closely on channel applications, compliance reviews, and related paperwork during the onboarding process.
• Efficiently handle application forms and business email correspondence to ensure a smooth and streamlined channel expansion process.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, International Trade, E-commerce, or related fields are highly preferred.

Industry Experience

Solid understanding of the cross-border payment industry, familiar with mainstream international/regional payment products and multi-currency settlement processes.

Data Sensitivity

Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to extract core issues and actionable insights from complex transaction reports.

Communication Skills

Strong communication and business writing skills. Fluent in reading and writing English (essential for handling emails and documentation with international payment channels).
