RedotPay group is expanding its global payments network by building channel partnerships with banks and payment institutions across multiple countries. The role focuses on onboarding, negotiations, and ensuring smooth technical integrations.

The candidate will work in near-native English with Mandarin proficiency, bringing 3–5 years of fintech payments experience to drive adoption and compliance across jurisdictions.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in a payments company or Fintech.
• Proven track record in bank or PSP channel development.
• Clear logical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define channel expansion strategies aligned with product and business needs.
• Research mainstream payment methods in target countries and understand regulatory requirements for stablecoin use cases.
• Assess channel product capabilities and compliance requirements as the first screening step.
• Lead commercial term negotiations and coordinate with Legal and Regulatory Compliance for onboarding and due diligence.
• Drive technical integration and successful launch of payment channels.
• Lead the channel operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and handle operational issues.
• Continuously evaluate channel quality to optimize transaction success and costs.
• Maintain ongoing partner relationships and manage end-to-end channel onboarding projects.

Role

Build payment channel partnerships with banks and payment institutions across various countries, supporting the setup and expansion of RedotPay's global payment network.

Responsibilities

• Define channel expansion strategies based on product and business needs.
• Research mainstream payment methods in target countries and understand the basic regulatory and compliance requirements for stablecoin payment use cases across different jurisdictions.
• Conduct initial assessments of channel product capabilities and compliance requirements, acting as the first line of screening.
• Lead commercial term negotiations and coordinate with internal Legal and Regulatory Compliance departments to complete onboarding and reverse due diligence.
• Drive the technical integration and successful launch of payment channels.
• Lead the channel operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and responses to operational issues.
• Continuously evaluate channel quality to optimize transaction success rates and channel costs.
• Maintain ongoing partner relationships and manage the end-to-end channel onboarding projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a payments company or Fintech, with a proven track record in bank or PSP channel development.
• Near-native proficiency in spoken English (working language); conversational in Mandarin.
• Clear logical thinking, with strong problem-spotting and problem-solving abilities.
