Job summary

RedotPay is expanding its global Scan to Pay initiative and seeks a strategic leader to drive cross-border QR payments across regions. You will own growth metrics, align with banks, merchants, and payment networks, and translate market dynamics into a scalable roadmap.

Qualifications

8+ years in FinTech, e-wallets, cross-border payments or related fields.
Deep understanding of overseas local payment networks (LPMs) and QR payment standards.
Strong commercial network with overseas acquirers, aggregator payment providers, or local financial institutions.
Proven track record delivering large-scale TPV/GMV growth across regions.
Fluent English with cross-cultural communication and willingness to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

Own P&L and growth for the Scan to Pay business, with accountability for TPV, GMV, cross-border/local payment success rates, and onboarded countries/regions.
Develop global expansion strategy and prioritization for Scan to Pay based on regional payment ecosystems.
Drive MPM/CPM QR mode integration with national QR standards and major merchant QR standards.
Collaborate with overseas acquiring institutions, POS vendors, PayFacs, and merchant segments to expand QR-based payment coverage.
Lead revenue-share and pricing negotiations with partners and optimize payment costs; improve settlement timeliness.
