Job summary

RedotPay is a global crypto payment fintech expanding blockchain-enabled financial services. We seek a data-driven Growth Operator to lead user and trading growth for the Send transactions business.

You will own acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion into high-potential scenarios. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies around key metrics, analyzing funnels and churn, and turning insights into actionable product requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in consumer-centric growth operations or related fields.
• Proficient in using data tools to analyze user behavior and metrics.
• Proven growth achievements in user, conversion, or retention metrics.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear strategies and execution plans.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented C-side Growth Operator to own user growth and trading growth for our Send transaction business. You will drive acquisition, conversion, retention, repeat purchases, and expansion into high-potential scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Own C-side growth operations for the Send transaction business. Develop and execute growth strategies around core metrics such as user scale, transaction conversion, transaction frequency, retention, and repeat purchase.
• Continuously uncover growth opportunities and incremental scenarios by analyzing user behavior, the transaction journey, conversion funnels, user segmentation, and churn reasons.
• Turn data insights into clear, actionable operational strategies and product requirements. Drive the delivery of growth experiments, feature optimization, activity mechanisms, user outreach/engagement, and related initiatives.
• Coordinate with BI, Product, Engineering, and other teams to run the full growth-initiative lifecycle: analysis → prioritization/approval → development → launch verification → effect review.
• Build a metrics framework and a review/retrospective mechanism for growth projects. Continuously assess launch performance, iterate on strategies, and improve growth efficiency.
• Stay on top of industry best-practice growth cases and competitor dynamics.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in consumer-centric growth operations, user operations, transaction operations, or product operations.
• Able to proficiently use data tools to analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and business metrics, as well as extracting actionable conclusions from data.
• Demonstrated, quantifiable growth achievements (e.g., user growth, conversion rate improvements, transaction volume/value growth, retention improvements, repeat purchase improvements).
• Strong ability to abstract business needs and drive projects: able to break down business problems into clear strategies, requirements, and execution paths.
• Have your own understanding and methodology for C-side user growth; familiar with common growth approaches such as user segmentation, growth funnels, A/B testing, and lifecycle operations.
• Experience with transaction-type products and scenarios is preferred, especially in payments, transfers, financial technology, wallets, cross-border transactions, etc.
