• Collaborate with regional sales, operations, network planning, revenue management, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Drive annual revenue, profitability, and customer retention targets across assigned global accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to formulate effective growth strategies.
• Provide regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to C-suite leadership while leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
