You will shape global air freight strategy and strengthen airline partnerships to drive commercial excellence and international growth.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving transformation, and delivering value across regions in a fast-paced global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in air freight or logistics with global leadership.
• Expertise in airline procurement and capacity management.
• Proven track record with BSAs and carrier agreements.
• Experience in pricing, tenders, and product development.
• Strong leadership in a matrix organisation.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.
• MBA is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global air freight procurement and product strategies.
• Lead global air freight initiatives across regions.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
• Build and manage airline partnerships with BSAs and incentives.
• Negotiate carrier agreements to optimise capacity and cost.
• Support tenders and RFQs with pricing strategies.
• Establish pricing governance and standards across markets.
• Drive digital transformation and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive transformation.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders in a global matrix.
• Partner with market leaders to develop logistics solutions.
