Job summary

Kylin High-Tech Products Company Limited seeks a Finance professional to manageHong Kong office finance, tax and MPF administration, and to support the Vietnam entity with daily accounting tasks.

The role requires strong knowledge of HK statutory compliance, Profits Tax, Salaries Tax and MPF, with cross-office liaison to Shenzhen and Vietnam. Occasional travel to Shenzhen is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant finance working experience; solid hands-on experience in Hong Kong statutory compliance, Profit Tax, Salaries Tax and MPF administration is mandatory.
• Exposure to overseas entity finance support (Vietnam preferred) is an advantage.
• Familiar with Hong Kong Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department filing procedures, understand Hong Kong relevant tax regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience using Hong Kong accounting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-scope finance, tax, company statutory compliance and MPF administration for the Hong Kong office.
• Take charge of finance matters for Vietnam entity, including daily income-expense sorting and liaising with Vietnam outsourced accounting firm.
• Prepare financial statements and coordinate cross-office matters among Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Vietnam.
• Prepare and submit documents for Hong Kong business registration annual return and statutory annual examination.
• Submit Profit Tax Return within IRD deadlines and ensure timely Salaries Tax filing.
• Administer staff-related finance and MPF matters; handle enrolment, adjustments and terminations for new joiners and resigned employees.
• Oversee finance operation for Vietnam entity and act as main contact with Vietnam accounting firm.
• Attend Shenzhen office 1-2 days per week for cross-site finance coordination.
