Qualifikationen

• HKICPA or CICPA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Good knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS and strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Familiar with banking operations, treasury functions and PRC finance operations is preferable.

• Prepare and review Group cash flow forecasts and annual budgets; consolidate and analyze financial information submitted by Group entities.
• Perform budgetary control and variance analysis for Group companies.
• Support treasury operations and cash flow management of the Group.
• Prepare Group consolidation reports in accordance with relevant financial reporting standards and Group policies.
• Ensure all statutory reporting, tax filing, corporate governance and compliance requirements are properly fulfilled across Group entities.
• Coordinate and liaise with finance and accounting teams in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Thailand.
• Support cross-border finance operations and business activities between Hong Kong and PRC entities.
• Assist in corporate transactions, treasury-related matters and company secretarial work.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives, process improvements and other ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Lead, coach and support finance team members where appropriate.

About you
