Job summary

HKT in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead budgeting, long-term planning, and forecasting across HK, Taiwan, and the PRC. You will partner with business units and Group management to deliver accurate insights and robust financial controls.

You will drive monthly closings, management reporting, and regulatory compliance, design performance dashboards for senior leadership, and oversee tax and statutory reporting while steering strategic initiatives and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting with CPA.
• 10–12 years of progressive finance experience, with leadership.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, long-term financial planning, and forecasting.
• Monitor performance vs budgets, analyse variances, and recommend actions.
• Oversee monthly/annual closing, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Design performance measurement frameworks and senior leadership packs.
• Maintain internal controls, coordinate audits, and statutory filings.
• Analyse trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Design and monitor sales commission and incentive schemes for continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders on ad-hoc projects and strategic plans.
