Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to oversee core finance and accounting activities across Hong Kong & Macau. The role focuses on the full set of accounts, financial reporting and governance, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decision-making.

The position will contribute to process enhancements, system initiatives, and team development, ensuring timely closes and strong control environment across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant is required.
• 8+ years of experience in month-end close and compliance.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations across Asia.
• Own full month-end and year-end close with group timelines.
• Prepare journals, accruals, and provisions; ensure correct classification.
• Review general ledger and bookkeeping for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external advisors on tax compliance and reporting.
