Job summary

Hong Kong First Service Company Limited seeks a senior finance leader to manage end-to-end accounting for HK and PRC entities, oversee financial controls, and drive efficiency across regional operations.

You will prepare monthly and annual reports, coordinate tax compliance and audits, and guide cross-border reconciliation and data integrity. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with a recognized professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups; knowledge of financial modeling and accounting systems.
• Experience handling HK and PRC accounting and tax compliance; annual audit liaison.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting and hands-on bookkeeping for HK and PRC entities, incl. journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closings.
• Supervise day-to-day financial control of multiple HK and overseas-affiliated entities and standardise financial workflows.
• Independently complete full-cycle accounting for HK & PRC companies; manage HK tax compliance and audit liaison.
• Produce standardised monthly financial and operational reports; conduct data analysis and provide management recommendations.
• Lead inter-entity reconciliations and cross-border data integrity; resolve inter-company discrepancies.
• Liaise with business and finance teams across HK, PRC and overseas markets; coordinate cross-border processes.

Job description

Manage full-set accounting and perform hands-on bookkeeping, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing processes for both Hong Kong and PRC entities.

Supervise day-to-day financial control of multiple Hong Kong and overseas-affiliated entities. Establish and standardise financial workflows for overseas companies to ensure compliant and efficient financial operations.

Independently complete full-cycle accounting for Hong Kong & PRC companies. Take charge of Hong Kong tax-compliance management and annual audit liaison, and coordinate inspections carried out by external tax and audit authorities.

Produce standardised monthly financial and operational reports. Conduct financial-data analysis and business reviews, provide recommendations for operational improvement and deliver data-backed support for management decision-making.

Lead inter-entity account reconciliation, related-party-transaction accounting and clearing of inter-company balances across the group. Resolve cross-regional accounting discrepancies and ensure inter-company data is authentic and accurate.

Maintain regular liaison with business and finance teams in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas markets. Deliver cross-border financial alignment, data synchronisation and process coordination, and resolve financial issues arising from international-based business activities.

Requirements:

VERY FLUENT IN PUTONGHUA IS ESSENTIAL

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, together with a recognized professional accounting qualification.

Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, and data analysis; knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting tools is a must.
