Waterfall Sports & Welllness is seeking a customer service professional in Hong Kong to support its 24-hour hotline operations. You will provide comprehensive customer service, assist with basic accounting and office administration, and respond to foreign currency exchange inquiries.
Training will be provided, with discretionary bonus potential and other benefits. Fresh graduates are welcome, and prior experience in customer service or hotline support is preferred.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a customer service hotline environment.
- Exposure to financial industry / Comprehensive training will be provided
- Fresh graduates are welcome
