Job summary

Peoplebank Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Hotline Customer Services Officer for a 4-month contract in Quarry Bay. You will handle enquiries via hotline and email to ensure a smooth customer experience during the transition period.

Requirements include a Diploma or above, MS Office skills, strong communication, and fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 with alternate Saturday 09:00–13:00; monthly salary is HK$17,000.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
• PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Chinese word processing with 25 words per minute.

KEY HIGHLIGHT: Our client is seeking 7 candidates to provide temporary customer service support for a large-scale customer communication initiative. The role will handle enquiries and assist in delivering a smooth customer experience during the transition period.

WORK DETAILS: Location: Quarry Bay. Work hour: Mon to Fri, 0900 - 1800 and Alt Saturday, 0900 - 1300. 4 months contract period.
