CBRE Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to handle hotline inquiries from tenants and visitors via phone, chat, email and online requests. You will deliver high-quality service with strong communication and problem-solving skills, supporting record-keeping and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• DSE and above.
• 2+ years relevant experience in Hotline or Customer Services.
• Fresh Graduate is also considered.
• Customer oriented with good telephone manners and communication skills.
• Proactive and polite with problem-solving skills.
• Willing to shift duty.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service by answering incoming service requests/enquiries, via phone, chat, email & online requests from tenants and visitors
• Provide comprehensive and high-quality customer hotline service work
• Assist in administrative support, such as record keeping
• Performs other duties as assigned
