Job summary

In Express Recreation Management Ltd, Waterfall Sports and Wellness Olympic club and Island East Club in Hong Kong are expanding our team for a Front Desk / Operations Assistant role. You will handle member inquiries and support daily club operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service or operations experience, excellent Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and a proactive, independent work style to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service, operation, or relevant experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently.
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Handle members' inquiries and ensure compliance
• Maintain daily club operations
• Conduct regular daily facility checks
• Support with other administrative tasks as requested by management
