Job summary

Classy Wheeler Limited in Fo Tan, Hong Kong, seeks a Hotline Agent with at least 2 years of customer service experience to address inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, delivering professional service with a customer-focused mindset.

You will work a 5-day week (40 hours) with 7x24 shift rotations, including an overnight slot from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The 12-month renewable secondment is based at Fo Tan, with holiday-duty compensation and immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Secondary education qualification or above.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good telephone etiquette with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service by addressing customer inquiries through phone, live chat, and email channels.
• Maintain a professional phone manner and a customer-focused mindset to achieve high client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills while handling daily inquiries.
• Manage customer communications in fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Handle shift duties across scheduled time slots to support continuous team operations.
