Job summary

ASAP (Alternate Sauna And Plunge) is a Central HK contrast therapy studio focused on wellness, recovery and community. We are seeking an Operations Associate / Guest Experience Host to ensure smooth operations and a five-star customer experience at all times.

You will onboard customers, guide safety practices, oversee facilities and inventory, plan events, and help optimize compliant workflows in Hong Kong. Fluent English is essential; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Obsessed with delivering 5-star experiences and supporting members.
• Excellent communication, engaging and approachable.
• Reliable team player with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Tech-proficient, comfortable with app-based bookings and systems.
• 2+ years in hospitality or wellness ops with sauna/therapy knowledge.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus, other languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Customers & Steward Safe Practices: Welcome new members with warmth, guiding them through safe sauna and plunge protocols to make every session invigorating and secure.
• Facility and Inventory Oversight: Maintain our spotless space and stock levels, handling maintenance and supplies so everything's primed for peak performance.
• Set a High Bar: Uphold our gold-standard service, relentlessly pursuing that 5-star customer experience with thoughtful touches and zero compromises.
• Event Coordination: Plan and pull off workshops, music socials, and community events that blend wellness with fun, fostering those real connections we love.
• Compliance and Workflow Optimization: Stay on top of Hong Kong's health, safety, and hygiene regs while tweaking processes for smoother, smarter operations.
