Job summary
The Ceremony is a premium wellness flagship in Central, Hong Kong, seeking an exceptional leader to drive growth and orchestrate a superior customer experience. You will oversee operations at our H Queen’s location, coach therapists and staff, and drive revenue through memberships and premium treatments.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in luxury hospitality, spa, or premium aesthetics, with strong leadership, English/Cantonese fluency, and a passion for world-class service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, guest relations, or hospitality management.
- Luxury/day spa or premium wellness club experience highly preferred.
- Strong staff training, operations management and team leadership background.
- Knowledge of health management, wellness trends, TCM/meridian therapy, or nutrition desired.
- Experience with medical aesthetics is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke consultation and design tailored wellness journeys for high-net-worth clients.
- Oversee daily club operations at H Queen’s, manage staff scheduling, and lead a high-performance team.
- Drive sales for founding memberships, premium treatments, and packages to hit targets.
- Build long-term VIP relationships with members and ensure exceptional post-treatment care and renewals.
- Maintain elite service standards and seamless guest experiences as a brand ambassador.
