Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor/Guest Relations Officer to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will host guests, register arrivals, and ensure special requests are met with attention to credit policies and perfect room setups.

Role requires at least 2 years in hotel reception with Opera, and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Excellent presentation, energy and flexibility for weekend shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year hotel reception experience with Opera, preferably in luxurious hotel.
• Presentable, outgoing and confident.
• Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Be a great host and seek out opportunities for guest centric experiences in the hotel in creating unique guest experiences and interactions during their stay or special occasions, e.g. birthday celebration, anniversary, etc.
• Welcome and register hotel guests with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following special handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures
• Inspect the VIP’s room cleanliness and set up the guest preferred amenity and setting in the room prior arrival
• Connect with guest and take care of them during their stay
• Work with the team to create memorable personal touches for guests
• Assist other departments within the front office including valet parking, concierge, bell service, etc. according to business needs
