Job summary

The Peninsula Hong Kong is seeking talented applicants with enthusiasm, a positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

You will handle requests, assist in membership administration and tour bookings, and help guests with billing and payments. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates passion for guest care.

• Assists in membership maintenance, administration, and schedule reservation
• Offers Fitness Centre membership information, arranges appointments for tours, assists in the enrolment procedures
• Present accurate bills, handles cash payment and other mode of payment, and post correctly
