Job summary

South China Athletic Association in Hong Kong seeks a Member Service Assistant (Gym & Fitness Centre) to support front desk operations, member bookings, and enquiries. You will be the first friendly face for members and assist with daily admin tasks within a busy fitness centre.

The role requires good communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, plus hands-on MS Office skills. Willingness to work shifts and provide excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum DSE or higher educational level.
• Cert/Dip in Sport & Recreation or Hotel Management or related experience.
• Pleasant, proactive and customer oriented.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Willing to work on shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily front desk operation in the fitness centre;
• Assist in general administrative and clerical support;
• Handle members' enquiries and bookings of the fitness centre;
• Maintain high standard in customer service;
• Handle ad hoc assignments.
