Job summary

You will handle requests, assist in membership administration and tour bookings, and help guests with billing and payments. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates passion for guest care.

Responsibilities

• Handles requests and inquiry by providing prompt and courteous response
• Assists in membership maintenance, administration, and schedule reservation
• Offers Fitness Centre membership information, arranges appointments for tours, assists in the enrolment procedures
• Present accurate bills, handles cash payment and other mode of payment, and post correctly
