ParTee Golf Group (Hong Kong) Limited is looking for Center Assistants to join our lively golf entertainment center on a part-time basis. You will deliver friendly service, handle bookings, promote memberships, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an attractive hourly rate negotiable by experience, plus a performance bonus for successful membership top-ups. Training is provided, and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Good command of Cantonese and English (Mandarin a plus).
• Passion for golf or sports is an advantage.
• Available to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (POS system).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to all visitors (individuals, groups, and corporate clients).
• Handle simulator bookings, room reservations, and inquiries.
• Promote and sell memberships, packages, F&B items, and golf merchandise.
• Process membership top-ups and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of center and pro shop.
• Assist with inventory checking and merchandising.
• Support Center Manager during events and peak hours.
• Perform opening/closing duties as assigned.
