Job summary

Chinese Recreation Club Hong Kong is recruiting for a Member Services role to greet members, respond to inquiries, and oversee daily operations ensuring a premium experience for members and guests.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality diploma, has at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, and exhibits excellent communication and organisational skills. The role requires weekend and public holiday rotations, with opportunities for career advancement within the club.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in member services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and positive attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members and colleagues.
• A cooperative team player with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Responsible, detail-minded, well-organised, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members upon arrival, delivering a warm, friendly, and professional first impression.
• Respond promptly and courteously to members’ inquiries, feedback, and complaints, providing accurate information on clubhouse services and facilities.
• Oversee daily Member Services operations to ensure a smooth, seamless, and premium experience for all members and guests.
• Maintain accurate, well-organised, and confidential member records with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with clubhouse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service throughout the entire member journey.
• Uphold the clubhouse’s service standards and represent the organisation with professionalism in all interactions.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management.
