The Peninsula Hong Kong is seeking a service-minded guest relations professional to join our front office team. You will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and deliver personalized service in a luxury hotel environment.

Fluent English and Chinese are required, overnight shifts may be necessary, and MS Office plus PMS experience is preferred. We offer competitive benefits and a range of statutory holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality industry (2+ years)
• Hands-on MS Office and PMS experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese
