Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking a Property Service Officer to govern finance, sourcing, and compliance, supporting the Workplace Experience team to engage with occupants.

You will act as the main contact for landlords and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, data integrity, and adherence to health, safety, and risk policies across the site.

This role emphasizes operational discipline, reporting, and continuous improvement to drive value and maintain strong account performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Airline Services, Events Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent Cantonese and English skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail, highly organized to meet timelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance and administrative support for issuing work orders and purchase orders to service vendors.
• Ensure operations align with financial processes and controls.
• Coordinate with vendors to perform facilities-related services.
• Act as the admin point of contact for the client floor and ensure documents are updated.
• Drive timely delivery of services and maintain data integrity across systems.
