Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Lead Facilities Manager to oversee on-site operations in Hong Kong. You will drive maintenance programs, safety initiatives, and sustainability efforts while managing budgets and coordinating with landlords, vendors, and internal teams.

You will supervise facilities staff, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and deliver periodic reports on activity, energy usage, and maintenance progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility operations including critical environment engineering maintenance programs, incident and crisis management, health and safety, sustainability programs, cleaning services, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
• Meet and exceed the Key performance indicators and service level agreement; accountable for P&L and manage Capex and Opex within the approved budget.
• Prepare periodic management reports regarding activity summary, performance level, energy data, maintenance activity, innovation, and incident.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and relocations.
• Interface with Project team on major capital projects, office refresh, moves and churns; establish relationships with landlords, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Procurement and contract administration; ensure services are procured and delivered at right costs; ensure contract renewals are timely done.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet facilities goals and business objectives; provide leadership to a team of facilities staff.

Establish and maintain relationships with Landlords, vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services within budget. Procurement and Contract administration. Ensure services are procured and delivered at right costs creating value for the client, contracts renewals are timely done. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health, safety, and environmental standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues. Manage facility request and ensure works orders are closed on time to ensure superior service delivery and employee satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sustainability, health and safety, project, finance) to meet facilities goals and business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facilities staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Stay current with industry trends and developments, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Drive innovation and continuous improvement programs. Prepare, submit and present periodic facilities reports.
