Job summary

TWO MACDONNELL ROAD in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily service, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will assist the Manager with guest profiles, stock and maintenance needs, and staff scheduling to support smooth operations.

Applicants should hold a Hotel & Catering Management qualification, have at least 3 years in F&B (hotel experience a bonus), and be fluent in English and Chinese. Shifts include early, mid and late hours across Central and Mid-Levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.
• Anticipate and respond to guests' needs to maximize satisfaction.
• Assist the Manager with guest profile management, stock and maintenance requisitions, staff scheduling and records.
• Oversee staff performance, train and coach to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant.
