Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui is seeking a role in the Chinese Restaurant for a capable Team Leader to support daily F&B service. You will help ensure smooth operation of the outlet and deliver courteous, professional dining experiences to guests visiting the hotel.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality-focused background with a minimum of two years’ team-leader experience in hotel or restaurant settings, and possesses basic MS Office skills to assist with operations and guest records.

Qualifications

• F&B service qualification and hospitality training.
• Basic computer skills, MS Office.
• Minimum 2 years as Team Leader in hotel/restaurant with good standards; hotel/restaurant/travel industry experience preferred.

• Assist The Chinese Restaurant Manager in ensuring outlet is managed efficiently.
