Job summary

Soho House & Co in Hong Kong seeks an experienced hospitality professional for a busy F&B service role. You will prepare and set up stations, support service and bar teams, and uphold service standards while guiding junior staff.

You will manage orders, cash handling, and coordinate food and beverage service for a large guest area. The role requires 3–5 years of F&B experience, strong communication, a positive, energetic attitude, and fluency in English.

• 3–5 years relevant work experience in F&B
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
• Love to have fun at work and enjoy working with an energetic team
• Can multitask and enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Possess a “can-do” attitude and good communication skills
• Willing to work a flexible schedule to accomplish major responsibilities and promote teamwork
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set tables and waiter stations according to standard
• Support service and bar staff in service procedures
• Adhere to company service standards in all regards
• Support, encourage and assist junior staff
• Handle order taking and cash handling and input into POS accurately
• Coordinate timely food and beverage service for guests
• Transport food to guests and clear/return utensils to steward area
• Assist with transporting and relocating equipment for events and club spaces
• Communicate menu knowledge effectively to subordinates, members and guests
• Be informed about the club, memberships and facilities
• Understand allergies and dietary specs and liaise between guests and culinary team
• Monitor cash handling and balance daily/nightly cash drops
• Oversee large sections of guests and tables
• Set example of quality service for subordinates
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by team leaders
