Job summary

Compass Group Hong Kong Limited invites applications for an Assistant Manager to oversee F&B/pantry operations across two sites and ensure an excellent guest experience. You will uphold quality service, product standards, and hygiene requirements while leading a small team.

The role requires 5+ years in F&B with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, a diploma or above in related disciplines, and strong communication in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in F&B Management, Hotel Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience including at least 3 years in management level.
• Service-oriented and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager in overseeing the day-to-day service operations across 2 sites.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Build and maintain cordial relationship with customers and clients.
• Manage food safety and hygiene standards as set in our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirement; attend to any food incident in timely manner.
• Maintain inventory and stock control program for equipment and supply.
• Coordinate with Procurement team for supplier management and stock ordering.
• Innovative ideas for food provision and monthly activations.
• Train new pantry team employees as assigned.
• Perform administrative duties – Monthly consumption report, Weekly food tags.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
