Job summary

Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking a Supervisor to join our F&B Service team. Based at The Landmark, you will oversee a section, ensure smooth operation, and deliver the high standard of service our guests expect in a luxury dining environment.

The ideal candidate has 4 years’ experience in F&B or hotel industry, preferably in French fine dining or Michelin-starred settings, and is proficient in Cantonese and English (Mandarin a plus).

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in F&B or hotel industry.
• Experience in French fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants preferred.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service.
• Pleasant, presentable, service-oriented and good supervision skills.
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the assigned section to ensure smooth operation.
• Present and explain menu items to guests and make recommendations.
• Take training responsibilities; encourage teamwork and act as role model.
• Provide feedback from guests and colleagues to improve communication.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive and responsive.
• Perform any other duties as required by the department head.
