Job summary

J Blooming International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a highly organized Sales Administrator to support our F&B operations. You will process orders, manage client relations, and coordinate logistics within our ERP/CRM system.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales administration, fluency in English and Cantonese, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel. Immediate availability is preferred; a Korean language advantage is a plus. We offer a 5-day week, discretionary bonus, staff discounts, and free lunch.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher
• 1–2 years of experience in sales administration within the F&B sector
• Understanding of F&B distribution logistics and FIFO
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Korean an advantage
• MS Word and Excel proficiency
• Immediate availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Process daily incoming sales orders from B2B clients with accuracy
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and drivers to ensure timely delivery and food safety compliance
• Manage pricing inquiries, stock availability, delivery schedules, and invoicing for accounts
• Monitor stock levels and shelf life; alert procurement and sales teams of shortages or overstock
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, contract pricing rules, and sales records in ERP/CRM
• Handle and resolve delivery issues, returns, or discrepancies promptly
