Job summary

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a Food and Beverage Captain to lead our restaurant team and uphold the highest service standards.

You will supervise side-stations, mise-en-place, and table set-ups while ensuring smooth operations during meals and events. Fluent Cantonese with basic English and Mandarin, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
