Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a proactive F&B supervisor to lead and mentor a busy team, delivering guest-focused beverage and dining experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will manage the section, handle cash transactions, and support junior staff with passion for hospitality.

The role requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in F&B; Captain experience is preferred.

• 3-5 year Food & Beverage supervisory experience; Prior Captain experience preferred.

What you bring:

Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

3-5 year Food & Beverage supervisory experience; Prior Captain experience preferred

Willing to work on split shift

Several shift duties, including opening shift from 5:30am to 2:30pm and closing shift from 3:00pm to 12:00pm, etc.
