The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong is hiring for a role in its Chinese restaurant division. You will oversee dining experiences, maintain high restaurant standards, and supervise side-stations, mise-en-place, and table setups to ensure smooth operations.

You will lead a team across all meal periods and events, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hotel environment. Applicants should have at least 4 years of hotel Chinese restaurant experience, be a strong team player with

• Minimum of 4 years experience in hotel chinese restaurant or equivalent.
• Good team player with good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capable to work under pressure.
• Fluent Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills.
