Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years experience in hotel restaurant or equivalent.
• Good team player with good communication skills.

• Capable to work under pressure.
• Fluent Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior dining experience to guests.
• Supervise and ensure that the restaurant's standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensure the preparation of the restaurant's side-stations, mise-en-place and table set-ups.
• Ensure the smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations.
• Responsible for team members for their responsibilities during all meal periods and events
