Job summary

The Arca is seeking a Banquet Captain to coordinate and support banquet events, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. You will serve guests, handle inquiries, and work with multiple departments to deliver efficient events.

The role requires a diploma or vocational certificate and at least 1 year banquet experience in hotels or catering. Strong English, Chinese, and Mandarin, leadership, and teamwork are essential; flexible schedules, and ability to train casual staff.

• Minimum 1 year banquet experience in hotel industry, renowned catering company or club.
• Self-motivated and responsible and willing to take up flexible work schedules.
• Excellent in customer relations and leadership skills.

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
