Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• Ability to explain technical topics simply and de-escalate calmly.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via service desk and support channels; log, categorize, prioritize, resolve, or escalate with notes.
• Assist with identity & access management tasks (Okta, MFA, basic SSO).
• Troubleshoot collaboration suites (G Suite, MS 365) including password resets and account issues.
• Prepare equipment for Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) and manage access changes.
• Troubleshoot macOS/iOS and Windows issues; support Wi-Fi, VPN, printing, and peripherals.
• Deploy and manage devices via Jamf and Intune; follow build standards and audits.
• Track asset inventory and support meeting room AV readiness and office moves.
