Job summary

Brunswick Group is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Analyst to provide onsite support in Hong Kong and remote support across APAC. You will collaborate with global ICT teams, approved suppliers, and senior stakeholders to ensure reliable user experiences and secure technology usage.

The role focuses on managing joiners/movers/leavers, delivering proactive support, and supporting meetings and video conferences while aligning with information security policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in service desk, desktop support or end‑user computing.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management; Jamf is a plus.
• Experience supporting laptops, iPhones, printers, meeting-room tech and AV equipment.
• Good understanding of networking basics including Wi‑Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Familiar with ITSM ticketing, asset management and technical documentation.
• Awareness of information security, phishing, MFA and secure handling of company equipment.
• ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, Apple or Jamf certifications are desirable but not essential.
• Strong English communication; regional language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for the Hong Kong office and APAC region.
• Manage joiners/movers/leavers processes and device lifecycles.
• Log and manage incidents and service requests with clear user communication.
• Coordinate with suppliers, visits and service escalations.
• Support meetings, client events and video conferencing.
• Assist with regional ICT projects and office moves.
• Adhere to information security and data protection policies.
