Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above.
• 2–3 years in IT with solid helpdesk or deskside support.
• Experience with Windows XP/7 and Windows applications.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and positive service attitude.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk and technical support for internal users on desktop hardware, Windows, Office and Outlook.
• Configure desktops and networking devices and provide technical support.
• Support tablets, smartphones and conference room AV equipment and video conferencing tools.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
